Delivery Information and Costs
- The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail for 1st and 2nd Class deliveries and FedEx for Next Day Delivery. All goods ordered before 2.00pm will be dispatched that afternoon, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required for next day delivery goods so please make sure someone is home to sign for the goods or send them to an address where someone will be available. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday to Friday. Special delivery orders must be made before 2:00PM to be delivered before 17:30 the following working day. Otherwise items will be dispatched on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Listed below are the delivery charges:

Items on a 24 hour delivery will require a signature on receipt.
There are some postcodes that we are unable to offer 24hr delivery these include:
AB - Aberdeen, BT - Belfast, HS - Isle Of Lewis, IM - Isle Of Man, IV - Inverness,
KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire,
TR21-25 - Isles of Scilly, ZE - Shetland.
Courier services to these areas will generally take an additional 1-2 working day(s).
Gios Concept classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales.

UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for all deliveries.
We will be unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.

For UK deliveries: With each order you will receive an email from us indicating your Order Reference Number. Royal Mail Track&Trace can be used to track each of your orders.
All items are sent in this way using recorded delivery* through Royal Mail.
You can access the Royal Mail Track & Trace service via their website, www.royalmail.com
Next Day Delivery orders are sent via FedEx Next Day Delivery service.
Those orders can be tracked via their website www.fedexuk.net
